We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Showroom Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or a related industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and sales.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Prepare and follow up on
sales quotations
and proposals.
Respond to and manage
customer emails using Microsoft Outlook
.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using
Microsoft Excel
.
Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets.
Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and organized.
Stay updated on product features and promotions.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of sales experience
, preferably in
hospitality, retail, or a related industry
.
Solid understanding of the sales process and customer service.
knowledge of
Microsoft Office
, especially
Outlook
and
Excel.
Ability to draft and manage quotations and respond to emails professionally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
