Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable

Showroom Sales Executive

to join our HVAC & Refrigeration spare parts division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of HVAC/R components, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales by providing accurate product recommendations and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, contractors, and technicians in the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC & refrigeration spare parts and accessories. Generate quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely invoicing and delivery coordination. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and availability. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with products and promotional materials. Build and maintain relationships with regular clients and support repeat business. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the showroom. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner. Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field (preferred). Minimum

2-4 years of sales experience

in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical spare parts. Strong product knowledge of compressors, motors, controls, refrigerants, and related components. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing technical support and after-sales service. Proficient in MS Office and ERP/sales software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
