Responsibilities:
Operate shovel/loader to load aggregates and materials
Stockpile and move materials as required
Inspect equipment before and after use
Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues
Follow all safety procedures and site rules
Support plant and yard operations
Requirements:
Previous shovel or loader operating experience preferred
Valid equipment certification or license (if required)
Strong awareness of safety practices
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work in outdoor conditions
