Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and trend-driven

Short-Form Content Creator (Arabic & English)

to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate is a

hands-on storyteller

who can

conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit

short-form videos for platforms such as

Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

.
This person must be fluent in both

Arabic and English

, capable of managing the full content creation process -- from idea to publishing -- using a

smartphone and editing tools

like

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut

.

You'll collaborate closely with the

Creative Director

and

Content Strategy Team

, but will also be expected to handle projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, script, shoot, and edit

engaging short-form videos for social media. Write

creative scripts, captions, and video hooks

in both Arabic and English. Film content primarily using

smartphones

(with proper lighting, composition, and sound). Edit content using

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut

, following social-media trends and brand tone. Create and adapt

UGC-style

,

product

lifestyle

, and

brand videos

depending on campaign objectives. Add captions, transitions, and motion graphics for dynamic storytelling. Research and implement

trending sounds, formats, and editing styles

on TikTok and Instagram. Collaborate with the

Creative Director

and

Content Strategists

to align on direction and output. Organize raw footage and final edits in

Google Drive

using agency folder systems. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand content within deadlines.

Requirements

Fluent in both Arabic and English

(spoken and written) -- mandatory*.
Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in short-form content creation. Skilled in

scriptwriting, filming, and editing

for social media. Proficient in

Adobe Premiere Pro

,

After Effects

, and/or

CapCut

. Strong understanding of

TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

algorithms and creative trends. Confident shooting with smartphones (lighting, framing, sound setup). Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Portfolio or showreel of recent short-form work is required.
