Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and cooperation of high-quality creators in the field of short video category operation (tourism/art/story), including individuals, institutions, media, etc.; enrich the creators on the site and improve the content richness; 2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of core authors, and formulate operations strategy, and stimulate the enthusiasm of authors on the site; promote the growth and activity of creators, and promote the improvement of key indicator data; 3. Through data analysis, formulate operational strategies, explore the needs and pain points of authors, provide content guidance to creators, and improve author experience and video content quality , responsible for data and target results; 4. Be good at viral content and topics, plan daily activities, package high-quality users and content, enhance vertical user awareness and industry influence, and plan and promote the implementation of plans;Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or more work experience in content operation; experience in video platform short video operation and rich industry resources is preferred; 3. Have a certain understanding of the short video industry, have a global awareness, and maintain a high degree of sensitivity to industry dynamics; 4. Good at thinking and summarizing, sensitive to data, good at using data to guide and optimize operation and promotion strategies, and practical experience in solving problems through data-driven is preferred;
