As an Onboarding Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and negotiate contracts with other owners, ensuring the best possible deals for our company. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
Manage and negotiate contracts with other owners
Ensure the best possible deals for our company
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
