Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the purchase and contracting in line with the established policies, standards and procedures, based on the required specifications and minimizing the total cost of acquisition. Obtain the best prices and financing possibilities while maintaining the quality of the goods and services required through negotiation with suppliers. Keep the documentation and record of the executed purchases up to date.

Job Requirements:

Budget the required goods and services. Negotiate the best purchase conditions, terms and prices. Execute the purchase. Prepare the purchase orders and the accounting load of invoices in the system. Define the appropriate provider, given the needs and contingencies that the request of the Internal Client may present and monitor the benefits of the providers. Manage the monthly budget assigned to your service.
