Your Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain our Shopify store, with a strong focus on theme and frontend development Create and implement modern, responsive, and mobile-first Shopify themes from scratch Ensure cross-browser compatibility and best-in-class performance Integrate and adapt Shopify apps and third-party solutions to enhance store functionality Collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders to translate style guides, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, conversion-optimized implementations Continuously improve design and user experience for usability and conversion optimization Communicate design ideas and technical solutions clearly to team members and stakeholders
Your Profile

Shopify & Development Skills

Several years of professional experience as a Shopify developer (with focus on theme and frontend development) Expert knowledge of Liquid, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+) Proven experience creating, customizing, and maintaining Shopify themes from scratch Skilled in responsive, mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility Experience integrating and adapting Shopify apps and third-party solutions
UX/UI Design Skills

Strong sense for modern UI/UX design, web typography, colors, and layout Confident working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Frame etc. Proven ability to implement and improve designs for usability and conversion optimization Ability to work from style guides, wireframes, and prototypes to final implementation
Other Skills

Good understanding of technical SEO and frontend performance optimization Experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar) is a plus Ability to communicate ideas and design decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Desirable (Bonus) Skills

Experience with Shopify Online Store 2.0 and custom sections/blocks Familiarity with headless commerce concepts (React/Next.js) is a plus, but not required Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing Basic knowledge of e-commerce legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, cookie banners)
