We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented

Shopify Account Manager cum Digital Marketer

to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Shopify store, overseeing daily operations, and driving digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:Shopify Store Management:

Manage and update Shopify store, including product listings, collections, pricing, and content. Monitor site performance and optimize for user experience and conversion. Coordinate with designers/developers to implement new features or updates. Handle third-party app integrations and troubleshoot issues.

Order & Inventory Management:

Oversee order fulfillment, returns, and customer queries. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or logistics teams.

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads,TikTok, Email, etc.). SEO/SEM optimization to drive organic traffic. Analyze marketing performance and generate regular reports. Manage social media channels and content calendars. Collaborate on influencer marketing or affiliate strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a Shopify store (minimum 2 years). Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo or other email marketing tools. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Shopify Partner or Certification (preferred, not required). Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor store edits is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
