Location: Dubai (Shop-based)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Shop Salesperson to manage daily shop operations and drive sales for our rice and spices business. The ideal candidate should have good product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customers from different nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily shop operations and ensure smooth functioning
Attend to customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations
Sell rice, spices, and related products while maintaining excellent customer service
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper display of products
Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment needs
Coordinate with suppliers or management when required
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales or shop management (preferred)
Ability to manage shop operations independently
Strong customer service and sales skills
Multilingual communication skills (required due to diverse customers)

Languages Preferred:

English (mandatory)
Arabic (preferred)
Persian / Hindi / Urdu or other regional languages (strong advantage)

Preferred Qualities:

Honest, punctual, and responsible
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of rice varieties and spices is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
