Job Description
Job Purpose:
Promote and sell products, engage with customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Achieve sales targets, maintain store presentation, and support promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, promoting products and explaining features/benefits. Achieve sales targets through effective selling and upselling. Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing display area. Replenish stock and ensure proper labeling and pricing. Report customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends to management. Assist with in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, or escalate when needed. Adhere to company policies on sales, hygiene, and attendance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and sales-driven. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
