Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a
Shop Promoter who can speak Arabic and English
to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote and sell products, engage with customers, and ensure a positive shopping experience while achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Promote and demonstrate products, highlighting features and benefits. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling and upselling. Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive product display. Ensure proper stock replenishment, labeling, and pricing. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity. Assist with in-store promotions and product campaigns. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints when necessary. Follow company policies on sales, hygiene, and attendance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written) -- required.*Previous experience in
retail, sales, or customer service
preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented. Presentable and confident when dealing with customers.Having your own visa is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Visa and benefits
as per UAE labor law (if company-sponsored).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
