SAM BOX BABY CARE REQUISITES TRADING LLC- Shop Merchandiser position - Create and maintain an image which is synonymous with the brand - Handle proper utilization of POS materials, fixture and fittings and single handedly responsible for the safekeeping of all decoration, mannequins etc. or other company provided materials - Guide & train the Sales and Merchandising Staff about customers\xe2\x80\x99 browsing through merchandise placement and store layout to result in increased customer traffic in the store - Visit all Offline stores on day to day basis to train their staff about Brand\xe2\x80\x99s products and how to sale them to increase sales. - Report at office about the Sales manager feedback and merchandiser feedback about products, replenishment and sales. - Responsible in monitoring and maintaining window display standard - Responsible for displaying new collection on the shop floor following the Brand\xe2\x80\x99s directive - Conduct basic merchandising training for sales assistants like right tagging, correct folding, proper hanging, sizing and replenishment. - Maintain good relationship with floor staff/shop managers and get good visibility for products. - Maintain records of all visits/plans and report them back to office staff. - Coordinate with Display Manager and Store Managers in execution of Brand\xe2\x80\x99s merchandising. - Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. - Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. - Driving license with own car preferred. - Work experience as merchandiser with some retail shops. If from baby product industry, will be preferred.
