Job Summary: Looking for a Shop Keeper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and guidance as may be required
• Understand customers\' needs and provide product recommendations or solutions if necessary
• Address customer inquiries, complaints as well as concerns promptly and effectively
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and attentive service
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing shop environment
• Display products attractively, utilizing visual merchandising techniques
• Actively promote sales, upselling as well as cross-selling to maximize revenue
• Provide product knowledge to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and promotions
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking merchandise as needed
• Moving heavy items with a forklift or other equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers and management
• Share customer feedback and suggestions with the management team
• Ensure correct pricing and labeling of products
• Maintain a balanced cash register at the end of each shift
• Carry out any other related tasks as may required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have at least 1 to years of proven experience in a retail or customer service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers
• Good knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles
