Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand and explain product features, specifications, and benefits for computers, laptops, accessories, and software.
Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain an organized and attractive sales floor and stock displays.
Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with a positive attitude.
Stay up to date with the latest tech trends, product launches, and promotions.
Support in-store marketing or promotional activities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in IT or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
Good knowledge of computers, laptops, and peripherals (brands, features, compatibility).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours when required.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with both Windows and macOS platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues.
Bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Arabic) are a plus.
