Job Description
CABALLO EYEWEAR is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shop and Warehouse Admin Assistant to ensure smooth operations in our shop. The ideal candidate will manage customer orders, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include order preparation, packing, Excel-based data management, and communication with clients.
Responsibilities
:- Shop Management: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and operational.
- Order Processing: Prepare and pack customer orders accurately.
- Excel Proficiency: Maintain inventory logs, generate reports, and manage data using Excel.
- Warehouse Assistant: Prepare and assists the incoming and outcoming of the items.

Customer Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, online platforms (e.g., social media, chat apps), and phone calls.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Qualifications
:- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and [local language if applicable].
- Experience in customer service or retail environments (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed oriented and pro active man
