We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Shoot Coordinator / Shoot Traffic Assistant
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must have strong coordination skills, a deep understanding of photo/video shoots, and the ability to manage clients and internal teams smoothly.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of agency experience as a Shoot Coordinator -
mandatory*
Strong knowledge of photo & video shoots, production workflow, and equipment -
mandatory*
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, detail-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and secure shoot dates from clients
Collect client briefs and communicate them clearly to the creative team
Brief the team to prepare the moodboard
Ensure the moodboard is sent to the client on time
Track moodboard revisions and coordinate changes between the client and team
Obtain final client approval on the moodboard
Attend shoots with the team and
monitor the entire shoot process
Act as the
main point of contact
for the client during the shoot
Ensure shoot is executed strictly according to the approved moodboard
Prevent extra deliverables beyond the approved scope
Communicate any shoot-related issues to management promptly
Ensure the shoot review is sent to the client immediately after the shoot
Maintain & manage the
edit and shoot calendar
efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Experience:
Social Media Agency: 2 years (Preferred)
