Key Responsibilities:
Create original footwear designs for men, women, and/or children depending on the brand's focus.
Research fashion trends, materials, color palettes, and market needs to inspire fresh designs.
Prepare mood boards, sketches, digital illustrations, and technical specs for each design.
Collaborate with product developers, material suppliers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Select appropriate materials, soles, trims, and construction methods.
Stay updated with industry developments, new materials, and global footwear trends.
Ensure all designs align with brand identity, customer preferences, and seasonal requirements.
