Key Responsibilities:
Clean, polish, and restore all types of shoes (leather, suede, sneakers, etc.).
Perform basic shoe repairs such as sole fixing, stitching, and heel replacement.
Inspect shoes and advise customers on the best cleaning or repair solutions.
Manage customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and upsell premium shoe care packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shoe care workstation.
Requirements:
Prior experience in shoe cleaning, repair, or leather care is a plus.
Attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
