Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Quality

Supervise daily operations of the shoe and bag restoration department. Ensure restoration services meet the highest quality standards. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and consistency.

Sales & Business Development

Drive revenue through customer acquisition, upselling, and service diversification. Develop strategies to expand the customer base, including luxury retail partnerships. Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Customer Experience

Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated client issues. Maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers. Gather feedback and implement service improvements.

Financial & Resource Management

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. Monitor costs, pricing, and profitability of services. Optimize inventory and sourcing of restoration materials.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage a team of restoration technicians and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development. Promote a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and excellence.

Innovation & Branding

Introduce new restoration techniques and service offerings. Collaborate with marketing to promote the brand through campaigns and events. Ensure the division aligns with the company's premium image and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in luxury goods restoration, retail management, or a related field. Strong background in operations, sales, or customer service. Knowledge of leather care, shoe and bag restoration processes (Must). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build partnerships with luxury brands and suppliers. Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
