The Sheesha Attendant & Server is responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining high-quality sheesha (hookah) service for guests in the desert safari camp. The role also includes providing exceptional hospitality service, attending to guest needs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all food and beverage areas meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sheesha Service:
Prepare, set up, and serve different sheesha flavours to guests according to company standards.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleaning, and maintenance of sheesha equipment, pipes, and charcoal areas.
Monitor and replace charcoal regularly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized sheesha preparation area at all times.
Ensure safety standards while handling charcoal and open flames.
Guest Service:
Welcome and serve guests courteously and professionally.
Take and deliver orders for refreshments, snacks, or beverages as required.
Provide product recommendations and assist guests in choosing sheesha flavours.
Handle guest feedback and complaints politely, escalating issues to the supervisor if necessary.
Camp Support:
Assist in setting up dining and seating areas before guest arrival.
Support the service team during dinner buffets, shows, and special events.
Ensure tables, chairs, and utensils are cleaned and properly arranged.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations during guest service hours.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
