Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, serve, and manage high-quality shisha with precision and consistency.
Handle different tobacco types, flavors, and heat management techniques.
Maintain, clean, and set up shisha equipment daily to the highest hygiene standards.
Suggest flavor mixes and ensure customer satisfaction with each order.
Keep up-to-date with shisha trends and introduce creative flavor combinations.
Ensure smooth service flow while working in a busy environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a professional Shisha Maker in a restaurant, lounge, or cafe.
Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, flavor mixing, and charcoal/heat management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be reliable, professional, and able to work under pressure.
