Job Description
There is an opportunity for a mid-level shipping/trade litigation associate to join the best shipping, transport and trade firm in the Middle East.
Regarded as possessing \'unparalleled\' expertise in marine disputes as well as non-contentious shipping matters, the firm\'s regional centre in Dubai is continuing to expand with a series of planned lateral hires at associate level.
The partners have extensive experience of dealing with dry shipping litigation and arbitration arising out of charterparty, shipbuilding and repair, cargo and COA disputes. The team has a similar level of expertise in trade and energy litigation.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of PQE in shipping/trade/energy litigation, gained at a reputable shipping firm in London or another major Commonwealth jurisdiction such as Australia.
