Shipping Officer (Night Shift) - Sharjah, UAEWe are seeking a
Shipping Officer
to join our logistics operations inSharjah
. This role is key to managing and coordinating vehicle export shipments, ensuring smooth execution from planning to loading.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the
Transportation Management System (TMS)
daily to identify vehicles ready for shipment. Prepare and issue detailedload plans
for outbound vehicles.Coordinate with warehouse teams
to execute load plans andsupervise the loading process
to ensure vehicles are loaded accurately and as per plan. Liaise withfreight forwarding and shipping agents
to arrangeocean shipments
. Track and report to management ondelayed or pending vehicles
regularly. Ensure all documentation and shipment schedules meet operational and compliance standards.Requirements:
Strong command of
English
(spoken and written) ismandatory
. Prior experience inocean shipping or export logistics
isa must
. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines.Night shift position
based inSharjah, UAE
