We are looking for a resourceful Shipping Logistics Sales Executive (land + Air cargo and sales) to promote our logistical services. Please read carefully our job description and apply only if u have UAE experience.
  • UAE driving license and UAE experience is a must
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
  • Shipping Logistics Industry experience inside UAE is a must
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
  • Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts.
  • Integrating suitable technology solutions to optimize logistical services and communication channels.
  • Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
  • Addressing customer concerns and finding innovative solutions for complex logistical challenges.
  • Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services and arrange shipment and transportation details with carrier agents.
  • Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
  • Overseeing the sales team, documenting processes, and preparing executive reports.
\xef\x82\xa7 Understand competitors\xe2\x80\x99 market strategy in order to anticipate trends and create a plan of action as necessary\xef\x82\xa7 Monitor account performance; ensuring the collection of account balances\xef\x82\xa7 Negotiate and secure sales, contracts, and packages\xef\x82\xa7 Develop existing and acquire new accounts\xef\x82\xa7 Identify leads and maintain a viable network of business contacts and prospective to consistently meet assigned sales quotas\xef\x82\xa7 Follow-up on proposals, prepare contracts, Memorandum of Commitment / Memorandum of Understanding\xef\x82\xa7 Handle tenders for local authority contracts\xef\x82\xa7 Attend trade exhibitions, industry conferences, and meetings for appropriate exposure
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • An understanding of marketing methodologies and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in merchandising and enhancing sales
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of results and generating sales
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Shipping (land + Air) cargo, and sales
  • Min 5+ years of Supply Chain Management, Shipping (land + Air) cargo and sales experience
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Logistic: 2 years (Preferred)
