The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to shipyard operations to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all ship repair project, from initial assessment and estimation to project planning, execution, and final delivery.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure that repair work is completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and other staff involved in ship repair operations.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are understood and met, and that the repair work is completed to their satisfaction.
- Ensure that all ship repair work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards, and that all safety protocols are followed.
- Manage inventory and procurement of materials and equipment required for ship repair projects.
- Maintain all documentation and records related to ship repair projects, including work orders, project reports, and financial records.
- Continuously review and improve ship repair processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
