Responsibilities:

Prepare and review daily consumption and sales reports.
Plan shift operations to align labor and resources with projected sales.
Optimize inventory usage through effective planning and execution. Customer
Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and experience throughout the shift.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints or service issues.
Uphold brand standards in product quality, presentation, and speed of service.
Encourage staff to actively engage with guests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and motivate the team to drive shift sales and upselling activities.
Conduct daily critical inventory and update product control sheets.
Complete all shift-related paperwork and handle in-store banking accurately.
Ensure cash handling protocols are strictly followed by all team members.
Check availability of stock and supplies and take corrective actions when needed.
Manage shift scheduling to ensure sufficient staffing during peak and off-peak hours.
