Supervisor

Responsibilities

:

Coordinate night shift operations across production, packaging, and drivers. Supervise the order assembly and dispatch process in the warehouse. Ensure all orders are prepared, packed, and handed over to drivers within the required timeframes. Directly manage two packers responsible for external product packaging. Coordinate with the production team, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving any operational blockers. Perform quality control of all packaged products before dispatch, including freshness, labeling, and packaging standards. Prepare dispatch documentation for deliveries and control loading accuracy before vehicles leave the warehouse. Maintain discipline, timing, and adherence to instructions during the shift. Monitor productivity of packing staff and ensure that all tasks follow SOP standards. Handle unexpected situations, make quick operational decisions, and communicate with department heads when needed. Ensure that all teams follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy and dispatch times, and suggest improvements where needed.

Requirements

:

Secondary vocational or higher education in logistics, management, or a related field. Language: Must be proficient in English (verbal and written) and capable of completing reports. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in warehouse logistics or production. Strong leadership skills and team management experience. Ability to make quick decisions under pressure. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of quality and safety standards. Willingness to work night shifts. Proficiency in computer programs for reporting and inventory management. Strong communication skills for interaction with staff and other departments. Good English - ability to provide verbal and written reports. Ability to fill out reporting documentation accurately. Strict adherence to instructions and operational procedures. Good skills in office applications on laptops and tablets (preferred but not required).

Conditions:

Monday - Saturday (can be modified) 23:00 pm-9:00 am, 1 hour lunch break paid yearly vacation probation period 6 months paid overtime work company visa, healthcare insurance, accommodation salary: AED4,000.00 per month + monthly bonus from the 4th months
