Job Description
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our business, overseeing a team of employees during your assigned shift. Your primary focus will be to ensure a positive customer experience, drive sales, and maintain operational efficiency.

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store or department.

Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to implement marketing and promotional initiatives.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store or department.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
