Job Title : Shift Supervisor Work Location : Iraq - Baghdad Job Purpose: Assist the production manager in managing the production employees in order to maximize the utilization and meet On Time Delivery with favorable cost variance. In the absence of production manager i.e. Night Shift, Holiday, Shift Supervisor will also being focal point on any serious issue if occurred. Responsibilities: Have a responsible and duties for; 1. Assist production manager to control and coordinate per assignment. 2. Ensure that all processes in every step have performed correctly under company standards. 3. Studies production schedules and estimates work hour requirements for completion of job. 4. Coaching and evaluate the shop floor employee\xe2\x80\x99s performance. 5. Establishes or adjust work procedures, tooling, and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s to meet production schedules if required. 6. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. 7. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of products 8. Lead in shift control for all activities concern to production & safety when no above supervision available i.e. during night shift and holiday. 9. Maintains time and production records 10. Any other duties, which may be defined from time to time 11. Regulatory Training Requirement: \xe2\x80\x9cSafety officer for Supervisor level\xe2\x80\x9d course Job Specification: Education: Vocational or Higher in related fields (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical) Experiences: Over 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in industrial production process working And over 3 years in supervisor position Job Type: Full-time
