Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella - SALT, Switch, Parker's, Candy, Somewhere and Public.
We are looking for experienced F&B professionals that share our passion for hospitality with a genuine ability to connect with guests and colleagues alike, for the role of Floor Supervisor/Manager, to lead designated sections/teams and support the management team with the successful operation of the restaurant. Some of the key responsibilities:

Support the Restaurant Management Team in ensuring your team/section are maintaining the high standards expected for the brand
Maintain a professional relationship with guests, resolving any issues in a prompt fashion
Establish a close working relationship with colleagues across the restaurant, supporting where needed
Ensures that food and beverage is served and cleared according to the standards and sequence of service

To be considered for this role, you will possess at least 2-3 years' experience as a waiter/head waiter/floor supervisor, preferably in the UAE. We offer career development opportunities and we want to connect with people that are ambitious and eager to grow.
