Shift Leader will be responsible to ensure production area is safe to work, productive and achieving all targets (OEE, Wastage, 5S & GMP) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with Team Leaders and Machine operators on a daily basis for preparing daily action plans and recommendations. Ensure health and safety of team members throughout the entire production process in coordination with QA & Food Safety supervisor. Lead the production lines and ensure product quality as per standards. Ensure all reports and quality checks and implemented as per standards. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly production and performance reports. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4-5 years of maintenance experience in the beverages industry.
