We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
experienced shelf boy
to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store layout. Your main responsibility is to ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are correctly labeled, and the store is visually appealing to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock shelves, display areas, and end caps with products efficiently and neatly
Rotate products according to FIFO (First In, First Out) system
Monitor and maintain product availability and report low stock to supervisors
Check and verify product labels, prices, and expiration dates
Remove damaged, expired, or defective items from shelves
Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
Assist in inventory counts and stocktaking procedures
Support store staff in loading/unloading deliveries
Provide basic assistance to customers when approached
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or warehouse stocking role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical stamina; able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with basic inventory and stocking procedures
Good time management and organizational skills
