Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Industrial Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring high-quality output. This role requires a strong understanding of systems engineering, process improvement, and data analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement Design and implement efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information Develop layouts for equipment and workspaces for maximum efficiency Conduct time studies and cost analysis Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance productivity and safety Use data and statistical methods to recommend solutions and monitor performance Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Prepare reports and present findings to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering
or related field Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and simulation software Strong communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and organizational skillsJob Type: Full-time
