Job Description
POSITION
SHE Auditor Degree with minimum five (5) years of experience in the similar job profile. Int recognized audit qualification (Lead Auditor ISO 9001 & or 45001), NEBOSH IGC or equivalent . Lead and facilitate SHES audits and assessments conducted by external parties, such as regulatory agencies or certification bodies.
Identify and assess potential risks and non-compliance issues related to SHES policies and regulations. Audit the Compliance of the client and Sodexo requirement as per the contract. Prepare the Monthly Internal Audit Plan and share with the concern departments. Plan to organize the Audit Periodically (1-3-6 months) asper requirement to validate the contractual requirements and reports to the management. Verify the Mandatory requirements of client rules, Emergency response, Incident reporting and Sodexos Safety Nets, Goal zero Harm mindsets. Audit and inspect the KPIs & ISO Procedures and Conduct the SHE audits Monthly on the contract in general/KPI'S as client expects as a monthly audit. Conducting Random audits on 33 and 11 KV substation, Generators, Vehicles, LPG and Diesel Storage facility and Kitchens and Sewage Lifting Stations.
