: Job purpose Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sautxc3xa9ing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Responsibilities:
Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sautxc3xa9ing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all customers and satisfaction.
Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to always assure a smooth service period.
Requirement:
At least two years experience in Shawarma Cutting (using Skewer)
Ability to speak, read and write in English/ Arabic
Good multi tasking skills
Willingness to work extra hours (overtime will be paid)
