Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all customers and satisfaction.
Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to always assure a smooth service period.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Shawarma making.
At least 2-year experience in the same role.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.
Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications as per company standard Proven work experience as a chef or cook.
