Prepares all main ingredients (meat/fish/seafood) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all costumers and satisfaction.
Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period at all time.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
At least 2 year experience in a the same role.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications as per company standard.
