Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares all main ingredients (meat/fish/seafood) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
  • Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all costumers and satisfaction.
  • Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
  • Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period at all time.
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
  • At least 2 year experience in a the same role.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
  • Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications as per company standard.
