Job Description
The Shawarma Maker is responsible for cutting, marinating, assembling and preparing various ingredients to be used as toppings, and able to maintain a clean workstation at all times. Operations Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Full attention for customer needs, through a friendly and courteous attitude \xc2\xb7 No how knowledge of trimming the shawarma \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the temperature of the shawarma cone \xc2\xb7 Preparing Sandwiches according to company recipes \xc2\xb7 Monitoring inventory and placing orders \xc2\xb7 Cleaning workstations before shawarma preparation \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use \xc2\xb7 Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders are completed in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 Disposing of expired ingredients at the end of each shift \xc2\xb7 Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained Qualification, Experience & Skills: * at least 2 years experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month Experience:
