About the Job: Shawarma Kitchen Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable

Shawarma Kitchen Helper & Cleaner

to support our Shawarma section at Simply Shawarma. The ideal candidate should have experience in kitchen work, especially assisting with Shawarma preparation, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting in preparing, marinating, and grilling Shawarma under the supervision of the Shawarma Chef. Helping in assembling and serving Shawarma sandwiches and platters. Supporting daily kitchen operations including cleaning, cutting, and organizing ingredients. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the Shawarma section at all times. Ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies. Following safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic kitchen experience, preferably in a Shawarma or grill setup. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Must be a resident of Qatar.

Experience:

Restaurant or kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
