Food Safety and Hygiene:
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, and ensure all food is cooked and stored at proper temperatures.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage ingredient stock levels and promptly inform management of restocking needs.
Quality Control:
Ensure all menu items meet the restaurant's high standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
Kitchen Operations:
Work efficiently under pressure, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in preparing and grilling shawarma.
Strong knife skills and ability to work quickly and accurately.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Experience in marinating meats and preparing traditional Middle Eastern recipes.
Preferably with UAE experience.
