Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Intranet Developer to build and implement our corporate intranet portal based on Microsoft 365 GCC G5, complying with NIST 800-171 and FedRAMP security standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Stream, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy the MVL Group Intranet Portal in alignment with the provided detailed technical and functional specifications. Implement advanced SharePoint functionalities including personalized dashboards, social walls, LMS modules, document management hubs, employee directories, and ITSM integrations. Create custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to support workflow automation, structured data management, and auditing requirements. Configure data integrations and dashboards with Power BI for insightful analytics. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (NIST 800-171, FedRAMP Moderate/High). Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, deliver custom solutions, and provide training and support.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience developing and deploying SharePoint Online solutions, preferably within GCC/GCC High environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Familiarity with LMS integration and structured content management. Strong knowledge of compliance and security standards including NIST 800-171 and FedRAMP. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in SharePoint or Microsoft Power Platform. Prior experience working in regulated environments or government contracts. Understanding of Entra ID and role-based access control
