Responsibilities
One-on-one academic support - Help the student understand lessons, complete assignments, and build skills in English, Math, Science, etc.
Keep the student on task, manage behaviour calmly, and support emotional needs.
Social and communication guidance
Adapt learning materials
Daily monitoring and feedback - Observe progress, note challenges, and communicate with parents regularly.
Promote independence - Support the child in becoming more confident and able to work on their own over time
