Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Shadow Engineer with hands-on construction experience to support senior engineers in managing and monitoring construction projects. This role involves on-site coordination, documentation, and learning from senior staff while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers with project planning, execution, and reporting. Visit construction sites regularly to monitor progress and support coordination. Maintain daily reports, technical documentation, and material tracking. Support quality control and ensure compliance with safety and project standards. Participate in site meetings and assist in resolving technical issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline. 3-6 years of construction experience (buildings, infrastructure, or MEP projects). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is a plus. Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills. Immediate joining preferred.
