Job Description
Our client is a leading Manufacturing company in Muscat, Oman, looking to hire a SAP S4 Hana, SFA lead based in Oman. The IT Solution Manager role is to provide Business solutions to meet the Organization's technology and solutions needs and to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the Planning, designing, development and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications. Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications and to guide his/her technology & development team on issues related to the design, development, lead & own the project and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems
You must have- Managed at least 1 full cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation. At least 10 years' experience in ERP implementation and support, 5 years' of which is SAP; experience in RISE with S/4 HANA Cloud (private edition) is an advantage. MBA, SAP certifications and Project Management is a plus. Experience in BRM role is a plus. Manufacturing Industry Experience is mandatory, Food/Beverage/FMCG is an advantage Bachelor's degree in IT, B.Tech, BE, MCA or related Information System is mandatory Strong interpersonal skills Leadership skills Problem solving skills Coordination skills Capability to work in Flexi timings and under tight delivery & pressure
