Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, distribution, reconciliation, and settlement of invoices for physical and financial commodity trades
• Ensure pricing, due dates, and invoice calculations comply with contractual terms and regulatory requirements
• Execute timely settlement of trades, resolving discrepancies and settlement issues efficiently
• Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to address invoicing and payment queries
• Prepare, review, and present invoices and supporting documentation in line with trade contracts and letter of credit requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve settlement workflows and support ad hoc projects when required
• Ensure compliance with trading standards, tax requirements, sanctions policies, and anti-money laundering regulations

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of three years of experience in settlement within commodities trading
• Strong understanding of commodity markets and current industry trends
• Experience handling both physical and financial trade settlements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple settlements concurrently
• Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
