and Responsibilities

We are looking for a

Senior International Sales Manager

with at least 10 years of proven experience in the UAE and Dubai markets, specializing in managing telesales teams, lead generation, and designing digital campaigns using modern tools and artificial intelligence.

This individual must be fully proficient in B2B and B2C sales of business services, international services, investment, advertising, and commercial marketing, and capable of managing retargeting chains and sales automation professionally. The role also requires the ability to enter, analyze, and leverage sales data, design and launch new products, and negotiate with international companies.

Professional Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in sales and telesales team management in the UAE market, preferably Dubai. Full proficiency in selling business products and services, investment, and international advertising. Ability to execute retargeting, digital campaigns, and work with AI tools and sales automation. Excellent skills in input, control, and analysis of sales data within CRM systems. Proven experience in negotiation, market development, and expanding the service portfolio through international companies. Full proficiency in English and preferably Arabic. Strong spirit of training, team building, result-oriented mindset, and leadership of sales team performance. Relevant bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields).
