The Services Executive shall be responsible for timely completion of day-to-day service requests received from various Divisions/Departments across HBMSU.
Main roles & responsibilities
Promote the building facilities (classrooms, meeting rooms, auditorium, etc.) for leasing.
Supervise the food outlets, vending machines contracts and operations.
Coordinate with the respective Divisions/Departments and assure meeting rooms, classrooms and computer labs bookings are made according to the required schedule to ensure it is equipped with all the requirements.
Organize official ceremonies and events through providing logistics, catering, venue, and hospitality support.
Provide logistical services and hospitality to all Divisions/Departments such as travel, hotel accommodation booking, venue, catering, flower requests during various HBMSU events.
Follow up with Tele-Communication Service providers for any services requests and manage the relationship with the telecommunication providers such as DU and Etisalat with respect to the University infrastructure and other required services.
Follow-up with the suppliers regarding invoices and review them before issuing payment action.
Required qualification & skills
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferably in an academic environment
Bachelor\'s Degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent field from an accredited University
Strong organizational and planning skills
