SERVICES ENGINEER (DESIGN)

:- . Candidate should have 3-5 year experience. . Candidate should have experience in design of pressure vessel, columns, heat exchangers, filter vessel, separators, tank etc. (all type of static equipment) as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1 and Div. 2, API. . Candidate should have experience in checking and reviewing of general arrangement drawing, detail drawing of pressure vessels. . Candidate should have knowledge of bill of material for plates, pipes, flanges, fitting, forgings, bolting, gaskets etc. . Candidate should have knowledge of technical delivery condition for plates, pipes, flanges, fitting, forgings, bolting, gaskets etc. as per code as well as client specification. . Shall have strong working knowledge of engineering discipline specific software such as, but not limited to, Compress, PV Elite, CodeCalc, Nozzle Pro & AutoCAD. . Knowledge of using design / Drafting software like, AUTO CADD. . Ensuring that technical documents are properly checked, reviewed according to client and project requirement. . Shall have strong knowledge in elasticity and plasticity, strength of material, behaviour of material, failure theories and fatigue analysis. . Thorough understanding of Engineering standards, such as, but not limited to, ASME, ASTM, PD5500, API, TEMA & EJMA.
