Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, your role and responsibilities include:

- Define at the architecture and design level, technical solutions adapted to the customers problems ; - Assist customers in implementing a ServiceNow work program to support the expansion and adoption of the platform;

- Understand customer requirements, translate into solutions and communicate with customers;

- Participate in the definition of complex service engagements typically involving multiple ServiceNow products and complex integrations with customer applications/systems;

- Work with existing customers to develop technical solutions and prototype new initiatives;

- Work with sales teams on new business to understand customer objectives and ensure continuity of architecture and roadmap exercises;

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products;

- Keep up to date via internal webinars, case studies, training, wiki and any other resources available; and

- Assist mentor technical advisors with technical design standards and implementation best practices;

- Research technology partner or other vendor solutions in the context of the clients integration requirements;

- Design and communicate a technical architecture blueprint based on capability and process implementation roadmaps, based on desired business outcomes;

- Work collaboratively with engagement managers to assist with technical activities at the program level;

- Provide thought leadership and ensure customer engagements are aligned with ServiceNow implementation best practices;

- - Create and maintain a roadmap for platform implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:

- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform ;

- Experience with ITSM processes or in the following functional areas: CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, ITBM;

- Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: single sign-on, SAML, SSL, web services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS ;

- Experience with scripting in Javascript: rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI pages, etc. on both the server and client side;

- Experience in a professional services environment with stakeholders, solution architects, and extended program teams;

- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different levels of stakeholders (technical and non-technical) ;

- Have business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design skills;

- Ability to manage and overcome objections in a pre-sales and engagement environment;;

- Self-motivated / self-directed - able to handle multiple tasks at once and accept changes in tasks and schedule; and - Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-study;

- Ability to work in a growing international environment.

- Seniority : Min 10 years of experience

- Diploma : Master

- Interested in Freelancing work ( 2 days of Teleworking per week )
